2006 Mustang GT Auto Vs. 2002-2007 Audi S4

Went for a ride today to film my 0-85 video and right after the filming was all done I noticed this S4 on my tail that did a flyby a few seconds later. I couldn't resist and had to take advantage of the fact that I had a camera with me. It seems like he stepped off the gas around 70 though after he realized that he is falling behind.
Mod list: 06 GT Auto., Steeda CAI, SCT 91 octane tune, Magnaflow catback, Roush 1/4 window louvers, Roush hood scoop, Bi-xenon HID's, 14" Baer front brakes, Hood pins (lol), 275/40/18 on all 4 corners, FRPP handling pack, Steeda strut mounts/panhard bar, BMR LCA's
I hope I didn't miss anything
OH YEAH THEY SHORTY ANTENNA lol
P.S. yes, I was driving AND filming at the same time so quality might not be the best. I try not to do this with the passengers in my car.

Yeah, I saw the tail lights, its a b6. I'm not saying Stage 2s don't smoke stock GTs all day! But with all those mods, I'm not sure if a Stage 2 would still beat it, I have a VAST Stage 3 S4, I know...

first of all it wasnt b5 s4, it's b6 s4, which has 4.2 v8 engine, my stage 2 b5 s4 2.7 tt, smokes gt's all day long....
