Tony Stone giving producer tips for a better experience in the studio. This is a little grainy and the sound is off. I'll make sure the next video is a little more crisp. I recorded this strait off the laptop built in camera into youtube.

  • baaahahahahaha good tip. but why does it matter if im christian or not to appreciate it... ill put it out there mate, any atheist, muslim or jewish producer could use this tip as well.. grow up fool

  • @pekingdukmusic I wouldn't consider "growing up" to be pretending like there is no holy God who only accepts the currency of the righteousness of Jesus...

But I do think these tips are helpful for anybody making beats, I know my lane, though, and I know most of the producers who watch my videos are cats who are Christian dudes doing Christian hiphop so I address them. Is that cool?

  • @illdrums2000 Not here to argue, but the reality is that every fiber of your being knows that there is judgement at the end of your life. You even want it because the problem of evil is massive. It's not about cherry picking your religion, it's about making sense. You are ignoring a very historic Jesus who made huge claims about his own righteousness. Don't die trusting that you're good enough for long enough. Thanks for diggin the tip

  • Im also a Christian producer strait out from Japan!

  • @illdrums2000 why limit such a broad music genre such as hip hop to one specific religion? Almost as dumb as saying 'yo here's a tip for any italian producer's out there' when anyone from any country can make use of it. thats why you should grow up, open up, wake up etc.

dont preach the fact that you think your religion is the only one either. -" I wouldn't consider "growing up" to be pretending like there is no holy God who only accepts the currency of the righteousness of Jesus..."

  • thanks bro, hey can you do a video on how to master a track.

  • Thanks good video and good tip I sometimes get lost in all the samples I have and it really slows me down looking through all of them.

  • yep, I started on hardware, tried software cuz I felt limited, then upgraded my hardware. Now I sold it all except my mpc, I'll prolly keep that. Most likely I'll use it to sequence my software samplers and modules lol. but ableton LIVE is the truth lol hahahaha. And I've been using NI Maschine a lot, really like those

  • It's crazy for me because I started off mainly on software (fooled w/ my man's mpc 2000xl back when it was new). I eventually went all hardware but found that to be TOO limiting mainly because options weren't available.
