Good ritual. A bit different than the version I use(the golden dawn version)but done with real reverence and skill.

well, this is the GD ritual. What version do you know ?

I use Ciceros GD ritual. I've also checked Kraigs Modern Magick version which claims to be a GD ritual. Pretty much every lbrp I've checked has a different ritual. Are you talking about a Regardie lbrp or one from an official document? I assumed the Cicero version would be the same as Regardies lbrp but I may be wrong.

I use the ritual prescribed in Regardie's "golden dawn".
The one I found in 'modern magick' is the same, however, Kraig does go into a little more detail and offers useful visualizations while performing the ritual..

Magick is a form of ritualized prayer. This ritual is about drawing the divine into the self then connecting to the elements and respecting the archangels. Every time you pray, you are peforming magick. Jesus's miracles were magick. Except he probably didn't have to do ritualized magick because of his inherent holiness.

Yes, you're right, the Truth (God) is inside you. Rituals are meant to help us go deeper in our soul by focusing our mind to it. Just be careful not to let your personality blind you by thinking you are doing it for the sole sake of POWER.
