GRAND THEFT AUBURN!!! LSU GOT CHEATED!!!

No one can say what's "catchable" that's subjective bullshit. Doucet could've come back to the ball, or even caught it from a deflection by the defender, who's to say?
That was blatant pass interference. PERIOD.
Nonetheless LSU is the ONLY school with 2 BCS titles.
Auburn has (drumroll please..............)
ABSOFUCKINLUTELY NONE!!!!!!!!!
-
HAHA cuz the defender is pushing the receiver out of the way.
-
i understand tipping the ball makes it un-catchable therefore no interference. BUT What still amazes me and which all you stupid fucking auburn fans fail to realize is that the interference occured before it was tipped. Its plain as day the receiver is held before the tip. Its is a crime that auburn got away with that. What a crock of shit.

Looks like the right call to me.
-
the ref walked the penalty off, then waved off the flag, which is illegal. you learn that the first day of ref-school. Maybe you mistook their whinning for the cry of injustice, cause thats what it looked like to me.

Everyone stop whining about it. I've seen the plays all the LSU fans are whining about. There are several that could go either way, none that were blown. This call was excellent. It was uncatchable because Brock made a fantastic diving play to tip the ball.
-
another thing the auburn player took off his helment that should be a penalty so 2 penalties on the play
-
uncatchable? that's why it was interference; the defender didn't allow doucet to come back to the ball to make the catch
-
That's not pass interference, since the ball is uncatchable..
Yeah, we've been through this. He could've punched Early in the nuts and still not gotten a pass interference call because, in order to have pass interference, you MUST HAVE A CATCHABLE PASS. This pass was in no way catchable. I go to LSU, I wish they'd won this game, but the call was made according to the rules.

According to the NCAA rules, pass interference can only be called on a catchable pass, which this was not, because the other Auburn player would have swatted it away no matter what happened behind him. The LSU player, coincidentally, was already airborne when the contact occured and, thus, could not have made any sort of forward move towards the ball to stop the other Auburn player.
Play stands as called.

Well, I guess I should post my own opinion. I believe, after looking at the NCAA rulebook, that this call was made correctly. Yes, contact with the receiver was made before the ball was tipped, that's true. However, looking at the other videos availible clearly shows that the tip knocked the ball so far off course that the receiver COULD NOT have caught it, with or without interference.
