- this is the very last thing to do in the game, in short, the ending. you are required to defeat the weird monster called Amnion. inside it is Josh, Alex's younger brother. in the end, Alex finally found out the truth, remembers that he was the one responsible for Josh's death, and mistaken his dad's mistreatments to him. he wasn't also a true soldier, but his father was really expecting him to became one, but after the incident, his brother's death, he became mentally ill, and that's how he made the town of silent hill to himself, through his mind.

I dont like PH in SH5 because:

1) he doesn't have the melted sticky finger glove thing that was so cool in SH2

2) his great knife and helmet's design looks retarded. like some fantasy RPG character's weapon/equipment. not the cool and cold and wonderfully simplistic design it had in SH2

3) its movement are clumsy, not the disturbing awkward gait it had in SH2 that made it so much more creepier

4) where the hell did the sexy lab gown go?!

5) no cool psychological explanation for its presence

@THeOnlyHatcheye "no COOL psychological explanation for its presence." pyramid head isnt silent hill's god of punishment or some shit. pyramid head is JAMES' imagination. JAMES' subconscious reconstructing an image of a harbinger of justice. what are the chances of alex's father coming up with the EXACT SAME IMAGE of punishment/justice as someone he has never met before in his life (james)? 100% fan service.

@sushisroxmysox There is an explanation, In SH2 James Sunderlands had to be punished, and In SH5 It's Alex's father, who is killed twice by Pyramid Head (Once in the dream, represented by the doctor and once, for real, in the church) And the stuff about his look is just personal preferance.
