I am a Network Administrator for an Internet Company. I've been to the Ukraine, Prague, the Phillippines, Rio de Janeiro all hip hop spots. I'm not saying anything negative on Soca just that i've never been familiar with it. Also the stats are true with U.S. Black Colleges, Howard, Tuskegee, Morehouse, Spellman that Black americans have the highest level of education amongst black people.
