It does not matter if you diet or exercise, once skin is stretched out, it will not go back. Skin elasticity is hereditary, it's a genetic component. Fat you can get rid of, but not loose skin

@Hottie0926 Sometimes excess skin doesn't just go away with trips to the gym. It depends on your age, genetics, and how long was the fat there to fill out the skin.

dude....wait. so they give you a new belly button???? OW! thats gotta hurt!!! honestly my 9 lb baby destroyed my stomach and i had to have a c section...but this is a lil extreme. if exercise doesnt fix my tummy back then i guess ill just have to live with it :(

Honestly , unless you have a hard time losing the excess Skin & Fat from Pregnacy or your certain injuries that prevent you from working out, you need to her your Ass to Gym or Run black or buy Workout DVD . Because it's pretty pathetic that your wasting money on this when you could have done it yourself . Sure you lose 20lbs , yada-yada , but I wouldn't be proud of it b/c I could have done it myself !
