Chun-li is the character that is very fast and dangerous...she is not made to be extremally defensive...of course she can´t hit for a massive damage, cuz quantity is not quality...but if u be very defensive using her u´ll lost...and feilong is not so much agressive, he is opportunist, and as fast as chun-li ... only balrog is fast and strong

I would think that it's more advantageous for Chun Li to be defensive especially when fight against highly agressive and high damaging chars like balrog, feilong etc... there was one point that the 2 of them can squad there for more than 5secs. what good patience. haha...
