geez guys - just listen alot , play alot of scales around the chord progression, play with a metronome, play with the actual tracks, and yeah learn some basic stuff note for note but learn to play what you think not what runs you've memorized.

im only 42, but saw the dead 50 times. and Im a professional jazz musician.
keep it up. its "jerry" enough. jerrys fluidity will never be equalled, but the videos are grainy as hell. you do justice to the solos and keep the ember burning, thank you

love the baltimore civic show, the deal passenger bew, terrapin estimated prophet eyes to nfa -> gdtrfb defiantly a great ex of 77' i've always favored this bertha as well, almost thought you were doin the bertha from kezar show from 73' on the same date which is one of my fav dead shows of all time
