The Lao government has awarded a group of Chinese investors a concession to lease and develop a plot of land covering about 5,169 rai into a major trade and tourism complex. The leasehold period is 99 years.

To yoesop: if you are 100% lao you should support the lao people. Thaicome into Lao to do business only and the profit goes back to thailand ,nothing stays in laos. Its all about the money. which does not help any lao citizen. Helping people comes from the heart. Lao people might be poor but they are nice warm people happy and peacefull. All the business improvements are there to take away from the lao people and they are not stupid but only not given the opportunity to advance.

I don't think Lao nationals are allowed to gamble at these casinos. Last time I was at Dan Savahn that was the case. So who knows, maybe it might pump money into the economy, then again, maybe it can fold like that other casino Golden Boten City...
