hindi maganda ang serbisyo ng mga ito,4 months na iyong box na pinadala ko hindi pa nakakarating sa pilipinas,,ang daming sinasabi na porket ganito ganyan hay nako nakakasawa,,,apat na box pa naman pinadala ko ang mahal ng bayad ako at dami ko nagastos,,wala silang awa,,nagpapakahirap kami dito sa ibang bansa para maibigay ng pangangailangan at mapasaya namin ang mga pamilya namin sa pilipinas tapos ganito ang gagawin nila...

Do not send ur boxes to abs-cbn.Their customer service in Manila sucks..They can't help you if you lose your box.

Dont be fooled by this video.Abs-cbn doesnt care about your boxes.They just lost mine.I tried to call their Manila branch and they just told me we can't find your box.They refused to give their agent's /delivery person's number.They can't even explain why they dont want to give the deliverer's address/phone number.You will be wasting your money if u send it through abs-cbn.
