TANAY, Rizal, Philippines--Army Scout Rangers arrive under heavy guard at the Sierra Madre Hall in Camp Capinpin for a hearing on their mutiny case.
The court failed to arraign them for the third time but agreed to furnish them copies of the pre-trial investigation report, which one
of their lawyers described as a "petty victory."

dapat kasi courts should at least allow the media (kahit isa lang) to tape the trials so that public will know..mutiny is a crime against the government (tama ba?)..and the people are still part of the government..
