Ricky Morton tells a story about Handsome Jimmy Valiant riding with him to the next town and how what the fans did to them as they left the Mid South Coliseum impacted there trip.
"I didn't want to hit anybody, I was a young guy" lol, because now he'd have no problem with it! Ricky is money, and Boogie is pure gold! I can not wait to see this documentary
A dramatic reenactment of this story would make a great commercial for one of those on-site "repair your windshield in 10 minutes" services. You could change the ending to something where the repair service saves the day. Better still, you could have them riding down the road in a period piece, lamenting about how they could really use a quick windshield repair service (if only someone would start one).
rickys a great story teller, i could listen to him all day telling old road storys
