C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\models OPEN UP 'GTA3.IMG'

TO CHANGE PLAYER SKINS:

C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\models OPEN 'PLAYER.IMG'

TO DOWNLOAD IMG TOOL 2.0 GO TO GOOGLE AND SEARCH FOR IT

TO DOWNLOAD winRAR GO TO :
