@Chazaxl No worries..It's a large thread.

@hexxamillion Seen, I think I need to completely read your thread before posting silly questions ;p

@Chazaxl I do not have the camera inputs to my tab. Instead I replaced my rearview mirror with a 3-way split mirror/monitor. I can view right, left and rear inputs from the monitor.

@hexxamillion Also - I see in your thread you have cameras - do you input them somehow into the tablet? If so - how?
-
@hexxamillion Thanks - I want to get something that is a replacement for the steeringwheel controls that I will lose once I remove my current system. A remote is nice, even if not perfect.

@Chazaxl Yeah. I actually started looking into using a remote for the tablet itself but then it was pointless because its touchscreen and in daily use I did not find it practical to use a remote for the tablet itself.
Next time use the Jl audio cl rcl to your amp..... Not a remote..

@rexrunner Interesting. I don't see the difference in application other than the JL audio devide is stationary whereas I can be outside of my car to adjust what I need. I can control all the same output as that device such as volume, fade, bal, bass, trebel, SRS, mute... the rest of the dynamic sound is configured through an app I use on my tablet.

@erwin15erwin Yeah. The hardwired solution has benefits and has been stable.
