I've only ever played the American version so I'm not sure about the Japanese. In the American one, her final battle if she doesn't rescue any of her friends, all her clothes are missing and there are only three convenient (or inconvenient depending on your point of view) scraps of cloth clinging to her body. Two for her nipples and one for her crotch. If I remember right, she shaves down there. That should tell you how small the cloth scrap is.

for the love of all things horror please uploading level playthroughs, i used to have this on my dreamcast, i thought the butt crapping at the final level was pretty gross

Well, the levels in Illbleed are generally 50-70 minutes long, so just posting a playthrough wouldn't be too possible (doesn't YouTube have a 10 minute cap)? I'll upload the final scares of the game at some point, too. ;>
