Can somebody help me please. I'm from the UK, and I wanna make Chicago Dogs the way they should be. But I'm not sure our supermarkets stock the (sport peppers, unless the same pepper here has a different name. or the neon relish.) What type of pepper looks and tastes alike?? And would most sweet greenish vegetable relish be ok?? Cheers.

ketchup go on french fries... ketchup has no place on a hotdog..... there is a hotdog place in chicago that does not even have ketchup on the premises... ( can't think of the name) but the owner does not allow it.
if it has ketchup it's not a real chicago dog...nuff said !
