Haha! that is Steve, and he is the MAN when it comes to BBQ! I eat Crosstown every chance I get. I recommend the Burnt ends platter.

As a blond haired, blue eyed white guy, I have to say, these are some of the nicest people ever - I have two bottles of their BBQ sauce in my fridge, and stop there any time I get to Springfield. Totally worth it.
