  • Nice video; great work. I intend to be in Rwanda next year teaching American.....I suspect many of these teachers will need remedial learning to overcome what they learned from you lot.

    Only joking, mate.

  • Terence - I don't know if you've been out there before, but you will have an amazing experience. Even in the very short time we were there it was incredibly fulfilling (as well as v tiring and, for those of us who are not teachers, also rather daunting!). At times deeply upsetting, at others amazingly uplifiting. Good luck with it, Damian

  • Am kenyan teaching esl in Thailand, i wish we can be allowed to teach christian songs here..looks like you are havin alot of fun...thanks for the good work! I hope to transfer my skills in rwanda this year

  • Thanks for that, Damian. No, it will be my first time in that part of Africa....only been to Ghana and Togo in the past.

Am retiring there as well as embarking on the next great adventure....Seems Rwanda is pushing ahead with some very ambitious and forward-thinking ideas, if the press is to be believed.

I want to be a part of it and give what I can....also looking to study with some of the last great basket-weavers.

    Thanks for your reply, Damian.
