@12starmagic That could be a few problems. 1. Your internet speed is not fast enough.

2. You don't have an iphone 3/4 or ipod touch 4g.

3. You don't have enough space on your ipod.

4. You owe apple money and it won't let you download anything even free until the debt is paid off.
