Part 2 of 2. The Yorkshire 3 Peaks from start to finish with hilarity and general epicness along the way. We were trying to do it under 10 hours, did we succeed?
Date of walk: 27th August 2010.
A 25 mile circular challenge walk, the Three Peaks of Yorkshire normally starts and finishes at Horton-in-Ribblesdale, visiting the three highest peaks in Yorkshire - Pen-y-ghent (691m), Whernside (728m), and Ingleborough (723m) - in that order. The total climb is some 5,200 feet, and the footpaths can be very wet and boggy in some places (as we found out!).
Nice video, I've done the walk 11 times in the last 10 years (5 times solo) and it is a great walk.
