i found a much easier way that doesn't take any gun ammunition, minimal to no health loss and minimal EVE loss, first equip both the Winter's Blast plasmid and the freezing drill, start drilling into her and, with any luck, she'll freeze before you need to use the plasmid, keep drilling until she's dead, re-freezing with winter's blast when needed, kills her in about 30 seconds to a minute
