As someone (45yrs old)who often watches "tv" shows online, I don't mind the pre-roll,
WHAT MAKES ME ANGRY!!
and makes me decide "that's enough", is the VOLUME!!!
The sites will often freeze the volume control during the commercial which is set 5 times louder than the show. ABC is the worst!!
You may want to "advise your clients of it's adverse effect on the viewer.
