@ricdrasin Hey Ric, how did you tear your quads and how can I avoid doing what you did?
-
Bodybuilders now a days have bigger legs than the bodybuilders from the 70's.
-
Doing legs tomorrow, watching these videos gives me a lot of inspiration.
Thanks.

i totally messed that up when i wrote it, i realized about a second after posting it that i sounded retarded. sorry about that.
what i meant to say was "saying that training legs heavy wont grow your legs, makes you lose credibility" and i only say this because i do have allot of respect for you and your videos and i do think you have allot of credibility. but thinking back i probably shouldnt have posted, awesome videos man. thanks for making them.
NO telling. It can happen to anyone and it's common. I tore them wrestling but heavy weight does weaken the tendons and they can snap

when you say things like training on legs wont grow your legs, it makes you lose credibility.

@geoleeman I don't think you heard that correct. I've never said that. I said that legs are the foundation of your body and training them makes everything grow. I did say that I can't train mine as hard anymore because I tore both quads off.

Very insightfull videos, thanks!
Just been into bodybuilding myself for a little over a year, so still got a long way to go, am also training to be a pro wrestler, so any insights and tips I can get are invaluable;
So thanks, and keep up the good work!

@MidnighWolf I have wrestling tips on rics corner and you tube. Where are you training to wrestle?

Be sure to get to Arnold and all the guys nutrition Ric! You've hit on it some, low carb/high protein, but the details would be great! How many meals a day, supplements (if any)! These are great, keep up the GREAT work!

I've mentioned all of that in one of the past videos.
