Teen Suicide Letter

This is a video we used for a Compassion series done in our Youth Ministry.

**NOTE**

These are lines from an actual suicide letter written by a young teenage girl. We simply used this video as an illustration for bringing awareness of how bad suicide really is.

The girl you just called fat? She's overdosing on diet pills. The girl you just called ugly? She spends hours putting on makeup on hoping people will like her. The boy you just tripped in the hallway? He is abused enough at hoke. See that man with the ugly scars? He fought for his country. That guy you just made fun if fro crying? His mom is dying. Put this on one other video if you are against bullying. I bet 95% of you won't repost, I'm sure the people with heart and backbone will...

@albmazinx0 Well i am depressed. I have no true friends to have fun with. I have no social life at all. I am all alone. People who seem to accept me with eventually leave. I hate doing this alone and i'm uncertain. Therefore, making friends is an extremely hard job for me and i believe that i am unable to get ride of this depression cause of that.

Suicide is really a permanent solution to a permanent problem. Those who say not, are wrong.

@ijsHD Depression is primarily caused by the shortage of Dopamine,norepinephrine and 5HTP serotonin neurotransmitters release in the brain. and activities such as exercise and social interactions will rewire your brain to construct new neural pathways in the brain. Mental illnesses have everything to with your brain structure which is why genes, environmental implications and external forces are responsible for mental illnesses. Depression is most certainly a curable mental illness!
