Don't do this to a working original. They are now worth money as a collectors item.

i think that's a little bit of a waste of an original macintosh. COzz these are hard to find now.
hmm

what a total load of shite

but the bowl looks silly. We have one gutted but gotta try and find a decent sized tank that will fit nicely.

Anyways, nice idea. Its also a bit of a pity, in that sense.. Someone could've propably fixed it, its usually just about one transistor burning up.

It's not fake... and how is a gutted computer gay? Idk, doesn't make sense. You know this computer was probably broken. Usually, when someone makes a macquarium, they use a broken mac. I did the same with an imac G3. *broken*. It looks a little silly because the tank is round. try getting a squarish looking one. But pretty cool. I tried this with an imac G3 and it's very difficult. You need a custom tank for the computer, cause of it's shape. I just ended up making it a lamp.

@maccollectorZ Thanks. I took a lot of BS for posting this back when. In the late 90s and early 2000s, I'd scour yard sales and thrift stores and get a good number of these and resell them after fixing them up. I was very aware of their historic value. This one was not worth fixing. Figured I'd show another option...
