Republicans like the tax cut part, they don't like the cutting spending part. I would like to hear one honest tax cut spending cut proposal. All these guys do is make broad sweeping statements about the deficit without making any specific proposals. If you think these tea party republicans will balance the budget with tax cuts I think you're missing some of your marbles.

Does anyone see a problem with giving the rich the tax breaks after they create jobs instead of giving it to them hoping they will. They are not hurting or struggling, they can afford to create jobs without the tax break. Create the jobs, then get a tax break. Maybe we should make them earn it instead of just giving it away.

@mcap52 This is different. As a Florida house member he went for tax cuts and reducing expenses by cutting waste. Fiscal responsibility. He is the son of Cuban immigrants, hisaparents didn't abandon him, he worked for what he got as did his Parents. and He is grateful for what he has and appreciates this country and knows that it is great because of the people.

I hope you are the GOP running mate in 2012, Marco. Would like to see you crush Joe Biden in a debate. Hell, challenge the Obamessiah to a debate.
Only 3% of small businesses report profit over $250k.
The TOP 50 companies who laid off the MOST people in 2009 had an INCREASE in profit of 44%.
Companies do NOT hire people because they can afford it. many companies can afford it NOW!
Instead, they are buying back their stock with the surplus cash they have!
The idea that I will pay higher tax if my new business pulls over $250k in PROFIT would NOT in ANY way dissuade me from starting that business.
$250k puts you in the top 20%!!
