Ingredientes:
3 berenjenas grandes o unas 8 a 10 de esas que usé "chinas"
2 tomates grandes o varios pequeños
1 lb queso mozzarela
aceite de oliva, ajo y albahaca al gusto
Salsa:
2/3 taza aceite oliva
2 cucharadas vinagre
aceituna, cebolla, albahaca, sal y pimienta al gusto
