Mignini has a motive to lie. So does Guede, but not Amanda and Rafaelle.They are innocent. Mignini should be in jail THIS MINUTE. Thank god the truth IS finally coming out – the staged evidence planted by Mignini’s minions is being rejected and watching Mignini busily trying to muzzle the press would be hysterical if it wasn’t so tragically wrong. No wonder Amanda wants the truth.

The thing is - I don't care for anyone except the poor girl who met her end.
1) Amanda - Is an attention seeker. We've got enough in the world already.
1) The Wop - Is a spoilt brat of a gimp. We've got enough in the world already.
3) Rudy - Is a petty small time drug dealer. We've got enough in the world already.
Combined they amount to nothing.
Truth is I won't miss any of them if they do rot in jail.

a positive in all of this is that she will learn to speak Italian so much better than if she had continued her studies at UW or any study abroad program -- Amanda should take this as an in-depth cultural and language learning experience!! also, another positive, as per the youtube clip, Amanda's book deal should help defray the costs of the bar owner's defamation suit against her

It's a fair trial for Amanda Knox, and people who claim that Italians a priori don't do good forensics and that the jury system in Italy is unfair - wake up. Europe is one of the most modern parts of the world and NOBODY has a reason to condemn Amanda per se. This is a fair and modern trial and Amanda will be proven guilty, which I think will be fair. Anything else would be a joke.
