Bono (U2) and Jim Kerr (Simple Minds) joint interview in 1983-07-03 (Werchter, Belgium). During that festival Kerr joined U2 on stage and they played together 11 O'clock Tick Tock. Unfortunately couldn´t find that video:(.
Bono (U2) y Jim Kerr (Simple Minds) entrevistados el 3 (o 4) de julio de 1983 en el festival de Werchter, Bélgica. Durante ese festival Kerr cantó junto a U2 11 O'clock Tick Tock. Lástima que no he logrado encontrar esa actuación:(.

  • Fery2: - I have the audio track of Bono & Kerr on stage singing 11 0 Clock Tick Tock/Someone Somewhere In Summertime, it's a recent addition in my favourites list. Just click on my name and you'll see it.

  • U2 + Eurythmics = The Killers (Hot Fuss) XP

  • They are so pissed.

  • lol Bart Peeters in his young years in the background (the guy talking in dutch)

good to see bono & kerr so close together, never knew they were even that close!

  • @curlyone777 I agree!

  • get back to me when sm playout a 7 million tour and win 23 grammys for all those great albums...o yes but then again all those music producers are wrong too and u know better rofl.. look u could not stay at the top of the league for as long as u2 have and done that if you did not have something apart from the stones noone has done that.. hype might have worked for awhile but 30 odd years come off it. u just prefer sm to u2. you would not be alone. but there are alot more people that prefer u2

  • @sweetassugar69 and to answer your question about nloth it would not be my fave u2 album either u2s real greatness came fom 83 to 93 which had 2 of the greatest albums of all time joshua tree and auctung baby that have pissed over everything sm have put out in their entire history just because you cant see it will not make a difference its like a person prefering marmite to icecream trying to convince everybody else that they are wrong and i know best ha ha get over it u sound pitiful>>

  • @sweetassugar69 lol the old my band is the best ye all just dont get it argument and you dont give great examples bowie is a legend just like u2 time just caught up with him just like it will with u2 lady gaga is a far better song writer than you give her credit for.but she is only done it for a short time . its not my cup of tea but it shows how narrow minded your taste is that you cant see that either and maybe sm tour did sell out they will be lucky to reach a million fans

  • @imedi it has nothing to do with album sales if thats the case lady gaga is a better artist and bigger artist !! there are many bands in history who are regarded far more talented and innovated than bands of there same eras such as velvet underground, joy division and david bowie jeez u really are a sheep as for simple minds being nowhere ! all there tours still sell out they make still great albums put graffiti soul up against nloth and it pisses all over it ! go listen and come back to me !!

  • @sweetassugar69 that his is the better football team , i have listened to them back in the day they were a good band.. but now i never hear about them i thought they broke up years ago. and if u were so right then why is it today 30 years on simple minds are nowhere and u2 are in the middle of a world record selling tour (7 million tickets sold) i suppose its a case of u being right and 7 million being wrong even jim kerr would smile if he read your comments

  • @sweetassugar69 lol where is my thinking .what are u on!!!!!!! just because you prefer simple minds to u2 does not make your likes or dislikes set in stone.. in whatever format you want to compare thease bands grammys , album sales, concert tickets sold, world recognition u2 are so far ahead of simple minds its not even up for discussion you might as well compare simple minds to the stones or the beatles . its a bit like a fan of millwall football team trying to convince manchester utd fans
