I had him for speech and study hall. One day in study hall, I was filling out my application for South Dakota State University. He advised me that I ought to do it in crayon. He was always making fun of South Dakota...and now that I live here, I understand why. :) Megan Stenzel-Konz Class of 2002

What an honor it was for me to have had Mr. Evjen and Mr. Prust as teachers.
No one mentioned anything about being taken out the hall and being "slammed" against the lockers when you misbehaved?
Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

Great job. Is he off writing his memoir now? How about "Fear and Loathing in Wells - stay for an afternoon - feels like a lifetime"?

Congratulations Mr.Prust on your retirement. I never took your class, at that stage in my life, I would of been in the bathroom everyday. :-) But I was lucky enough to be friends with the guys you put such a big imprint on. So, thank you.
To the two masterminds that created it...you make me proud! Thanks for the laughs since 1976!

Thanks! More than two masterminds. Behind the camera was the real genius.

Mr. Prust is the greatest ever! I'm sad that he retired. I left him with so many good memories, it's sad to think that he'll only be a substitute teacher now. Class of '08.

I'm really glad to see so many students from recent years commenting. Jim was a favorite of multiple generations, not just old 70's guys like us.
