This is the latest version of Porsche's racecar for the road, the 911 GT3 RS.
It has a 444bhp 3.8-litre six-cylinder engine, which is 15bhp up on the recently launched GT3 and 35bhp more than the previous GT3 RS.,
The most extreme 911
The new 911 GT3 RS is the most extreme 911 you can buy, because it's a road-going relation of the Porsche 911 GT3 racing car.
,,
As well as the upgraded engine, the 911 GT3 RS comes with a six-speed manual gearbox with shorter ratios and a short-throw gearlever.
There's also wider track front and rear, along with bespoke 19-inch wheels with sports tyres, Porsche Active Suspension Management and a lower,ed ride height.
The aggressive bodykit isn't just for looks, either. Details such as the large carbon-fibre rear win,g and deep front bumper create extra downforce at high speed. Weight-saving measures help to improve agility and performance, while Porsche also offers the option of a lithium-ion rather than lead battery that shaves a further 10kg from the weight of the car.
