LB City Hall: Mic Cut-off Early by Mayor, Forte Thrown Out by Chief of Police Under Threat of Arrest

Forte's open microphone was cut off after two minutes cutting short his allotted time of 5 minutes by Mayor Jones. He was then psychically grabbed and thrown out of the City Council meeting by the Chief of Police under threat of arrest if he returned to the room.

Notice how the camera operator immediately move the camera to focus on the plaque of the City so only the top of the Police Chief's head is seen

Forte was in the middle of reading the Certified Recall Petition of Mayor Jones for taking bribes form a developer. Forte had already exposed that the County Council members knew about the bribes and kept it hidden from citizens.

Watch the video of March 19th, 2008 of Forte telling the council members they were as guilty as Jones for not telling the public about the bribes they knew Jones had received from the developer.

Unlike in Quartzite where the Mayor was trying to allow the Jennifer Jones to speak to expose the corruption of the City Council, Forte was before an entire City Council that was guilty as the Mayor and they all permitted Forte to be threatened with arrest and denied him his Freedom of Speech.

McClathcy Newspapers, Los Banos Enterprise was there and did not print a word about what took place in order to assist the government in assaulting Forte.

Not to diminish in any way what has just taken place in Quartzite Arizona, with Council members having Ms. Jennifer Jones thrown out and threatened with arrest, but the retaliation and acts of public officials and newspapers to keep it concealed since will cause you to lose sleep at night. @waynerd23 Only to clarify. I was reading the Certified Answer from Mayor Jones to the Certified Recall we had going on at the time. Mayor Jones was the one that was found guilty by the FPPC on the complaint I filed against Jones for taking bribes. The other councilmen members didn't want me to speak either because they knew about the bribes and didn't say anything about it. Jones later said he made a mistake with his timer privately to me in a letter, not publicly.

I gave a thumbs up for the citizen speaking not the crooked mayor. The citizen clearing points out a council member breaking "conflict of interest" laws. As soon as the citizen starts reading a letter the mayor wrote standing up for the lawbreaking council member the mayor stops the speaker. Even the guy next to the mayor wanted to let the citizen speak. What a crooked bastard! This video should be sent to everyone in that city.
