  • This is interesting. My dad did this show in '84. It's interesting because in his production, in "Stone the Crows", Pharaoh Ramases had a line after "Joseph, Pharaoh's Number Two". Instead of the narrator singing "Seven summers on the trot...", There's an extra phrase. It goes:

    "Joseph, hey don't let me down, I've got a lot of things to say

    -Don't remember this line-

    I'm -a- Ramases! I've gotta show some spark of leadership

    I don't want my loyal subjects sayin' that I've lost my grip."

    director, slow down stone the crows to give the singers more time to pronounce the consonants and room to tell the story
