The 747 serves within the Delta Air Lines fleet again for the first time since the 1970s. This time by default as Delta acquires Northwest Airlines! On this day ship N665US flew in from Tokyo-Narita as NW#2 and returned a few hours later as NW#1-

  • Great video! I miss seeing it in NWA colors though. I would have given it 5 stars if it were in NWA colors. :) haha! Fantastic video!

  • Lovely footage!!

from 1:47 the footage is remarkable , beautiful takeoff with all the spray. Welcome back to Delta - 747 -

  • I've flown the A380 and must say that it's a very nice aircraft....as is the 747.But nobody can convince me that the 747 isn't the most *beautiful* aircraft to have ever flown the skies.

  • i know the a380 is also huge but there is something about the b747 that draws me back. its so sleek and love the turbine on that aircraft
