Another staunch supporter of George W. Bush after the 'American' caller, (see Galloway speaks to an 'American') George Galloway responds to this by blasting the caller about how many Iraqis have died in the Iraq war, how many are living without water & electricity post-Saddam regime and how many of them are refugees (million) and are begging in the streets of Baghdad.

As the caller said, when it comes to bringing democracy in Iraq, this is a marathon not a sprint.

Saddam did a lot of good for his people - I dont wish to get into defending him but many Iraqi's who were born before 1980 will know what I mean. He educated and provided for his country early in his regime and the world forgets this.

One could be forgiven for thinking that George Galloway revels in the suffering of the Iraqi people, as it supports his stance on the intervention in Iraq. He seems to want it to carry on and get worse so that he can shout out about how right he was in the first place. This is despicable behaviour from any human being, to want a country to fail just to prove his point.
