@Andybaby Yes your right about no one will be interested in Paris Hilton, your right in terms of some young men. Every male has a preference, some like older women. Besides even then some males similar to that age of 50 will be interested in her. I hope you understand the significance and the knowledge behind the seperation of the sexes. There are also female Imams who lead the prayer in a female congregation, wherever possible, intermingling needs to be prevented. Peace, Salaam.

@Andybaby I think you didn't listen to the the talk he gave. Firstly, do you know how muslims pray? Imagine standing shoulder to shoulder, males and females together, this will obviously distract both sexes, both the male and female. They won't be focusing on God any longer but rather each other, which would make the prayer futile in the first place. Seperation of the sexes prevents this intermingling which takes you away from God, as your more interested in the opposite sex, common sense, Peace

Islam recognises the natural attraction in men for women.

However, Islam does not force women to strip of their clothes or walk three quaters naked in order to be seen as pretty or compatible with society.

Islam uplifts women and gives them modesty instead of exploiting their bodies for the pleasure of men.

3. Young pretty girls are valued in every culture, because that's where babies come from. No'one will be interested in Paris Hilton naked when she's 50.

@Andybaby religion aside western values? i being from the west can testify that women are viewed as an object, like a sex symbol here. who are the most famous women , actress,s an gues wat they all the good looking ones. western values where journalists do every thing they can to get a shot of the celbrity women from under her skirt. or where women can get instant fame by becomin naked or haveing sex on camera (paris hilton , kim kardashian) the list goes on.
