That would be perfect with mint leaves in lemonade!!! Ohhh, I wonder how strawberries would turn out??? I'm not an ice person, but I'm going to try this!!!!! Though its funny, I haven't seen a real ice tray in years, around here if you want ice, you buy a bag. Time for a trip to the dollar tree!!!!!

@CreaTiveNaTive73 Yep it sure is (rose water is made from roses) Edible flowers can be used as an edible garnish just like mint and other herbs as long they are pesticide-free.

I wonder if this will work with silk flowers..that way i can reuse them...

@meluvself yes I've seen faux florals for food decorating like wedding cakes and such. I think they have a special coating on them so that you can just rinse them off. I'd like to have some.

I'm pretty sure they become foggy because there's too much oxygen in the water, likely because it's hot. The hotter the water, the more oxygen it can hold, or something like that. Try keeping the water really cold, and mixing it around to let some of the air out.

@mak3myda3 Thanks for that tip! Will let it cool off all the way next time to see how that works.
