Greater Taree City Council consistently refuses to fix the first creek crossing on Belbora Creek Road, Belbora NSW Australia. The Council call this a dry creek crossing - it is when it is is not RAINING! This video shows two metres of water over the first crossing, audio hears mention of 80cm, this refers to the second crossing, which a local walked across and was still passable by 4WD. Gloucester Shire Council has replaced allthe other crossings along this road, they have been raised and clear of water quickly, however Greater Taree City Council leaves all locals stranded for days (I was not able to get home for five nights and had to arrange accomondation at my expense). This video is posted in an effort to humiliate them into fixing it. We pay rates and get NOTHING for out money. FIX THE CROSSING - because we live on the council boundary we are treated as second class citizens and are sick of it.
