  • what are you reading off of? A Kindle?

And for YA books with male protaganists, try "IIt's Kind of a Funny Story" and "Be More Chill" both by Ned Vizzini.

  • @TheMightyJeffers It's an iPad with a way too large case. Certainly a different effect from holding up a book (I still buy lots of books, too, but these happened to all be digital).

  • @TheMightyJeffers and thank you for the recommendations, I'll check them out.

  • I'm 16 but I think I'll try these books after I'm done with Nancy Drew books.

  • What's your favorite book from Mark Zusak?

  • Thanks for watching and keep reading... Nice phase right there.

I'm 18 and started reading regularly when i was 17 (last year lol)

I wish parents would encourage children to read more instead of watching most of the crap kids watch on TV.

  • "Twisted" is also a good YA book with a male protagonist

and I LOVE Markus Zusak, The Book Thief and I Am the Messenger are so amazing. One of my favorite passages of the Book Thief is where Max says that the stars burned his eyes.
