if you do the 40 day HCG what are the rules during your menstrual cycle, if any? I've heard don't take hcg on Sundays, don't take hcg on your period, etc. What's the real deal??

Dr Simeons pounds and inches sez not to do HCG injections during cycle, however I have did it both ways and many others have too....the reason is because your cycle will be heavier than usual while on hcg injections, when I do hcg, I do injections during TOM. It's up to you... If you do more than a 25 day round, you are to skip one day a week of injections, pick what ever day you want, I always skipped Sundays, and that's so your body doesn't get immune to hcg.

@introtoDIVASTYLE yes, after doing a round of hcg, take a 3 week break which is called phase 3, then you can start back up again.

Hi Blondy:
I'm doing the drops and not the injections, are there any other steps to take due to the difference? I started today with the drops and gorge, gorge, gorge! I did the shots a year ago and did lose weight, but it came back on soon after. Help!

@bill2cricket I didn't do the drops, as far as I know you follow the diet the same...if you do phase 3 correctly, which is what you do after you stop the hcg, it resets the hypothalmus gland so you don't regain the weight..
