heres a tip if your going to get big do 6-8 reps hevy wight per set if your are going to get toned high reps less wieght

do squats, for the love of god DO squats.
i didnt do them because i was worried for the first 3 months of doing legs, only when i started squats did my leg strength increase and my size increase quickly.
