I just want to point out two things that a lot of people do not seem to notice: 1 the guy is not handcuffed yet, 2 HE SHOT HIMSELF!!! the guy had a gun the officers probably did not know about and as he was pulling it out it went off. If you look closely when they flip him over you can see the gun that was lying under him. That is why when the shot is fired you see all the officers jump back
