No, you should just get arrows when you get light arrows. I think it still says 0 arrows, but you can buy some at the bazaar. I'm not sure if it actually increases your arrow amount because you need to get light arrows to check your amount and so far there is no way to get broken gorons sword for BA.
I forgot that you can't get bombs unless you actually get the bag as kid from DC. You can get it as adult for a single bomb or maybe use milk to hack your bomb amount.

I tried that too, no luck. I think I just did it wrong.

You need to use a Fish in order to get Bomb Bag and Quiver. Then to get bombs you need to buy them. They don't appear in the grass or anything.

must be bad luck that you dont get bombs from grass. buying them at bazaar works.

Same thing happens to me. I do RBA with a bug and Cojiro on C-Right, and it shows the Bomb Bag on my equipment screen, but I can't collect bombs from pots or grass or anything. I can't buy them from the bazaar either.
Hopefully we can find a solution.

Yeah, check out the newer pages of the topic on SDA, a new route (actually 2) have been thought up, that can avoid this from happening.

the bomb bag in the quiver spot is 30 bomb bag which in slot 1 makes it the 20 quiver. Try hitting the pots in dampes grave.

Oh, so I did it right? It's supposed to not be a quiver? How does this translate into arrows, do we still need to go to forest to get the bow?
I tried from the grass, the guaranteed bomb in Dampe's grave, and buying them from the shop, nothing worked.
