but right now, with all the work I put in there, the template is no use whatsoever.

I started with doing the card samples, attaching them on a sintra (forex) basic structure. Then I put the card pieces on the forex and cut them. Heat them up and then shaped them. You need to do a lot of calculating and thinking to get the shapes the way you want, forex isn't that easy to handle. Then you get to the filler part...THE REAL PAIN IN THE A'. I'll post another video when it's about done... :D

Hey guys, hello everybody and thanks for the comments :D

I'm still working on the helmet...you don't know how big a pain in the ass this is, since I'm fighting to get the smoothest thing possible. Right now I'm over the ears and redoing the chin. It's gonna be quite a bit.

I don't have a template, I just sat in front of the monitor and took measurements of the sideshow bust pictures. I have to compare different angles of the helmet from different pics in order to get the right card template

Thanks! I've been working with the sideshow bust pictures as reference...but it's been quite a pain in the a**, guess the hard work pays off :D
