FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

It's hard to believe an entire decade has passed since the Ballroom Bitch Bombshell of Avenue B Jade Elektra first unleashed her Proud Mary album upon the unsuspecting citizens of Gotham City, but it's true.

Containing no less than three of the greatest bitch track classics of all-time according to the official House Of Diabolique website (Bitch You Look Fierce, Why Are You Gaggin' and What-Evah!), this special 10th Anniversary Edition of Proud Mary boasts five riveting bonus tracks showcasing Elektra's growth as a recording artist and vocalist since her debut album release in 2001.

The bonus tracks on Proud Mary: 10th Anniversary Edition include a stunning new house music cover of the 1944 Billie Holiday classic Don't Explain; How Do I Look? the 2005 movie theme recorded with Midnight Society for the Wolfgang Busch New York underground Queer/Trans ballroom documentary film of the same name; the relatively rare You Better Muthaphuckin' Feel It (2001); a brand new remix of 2009's R.I.F. (Reading Is Fundamental) by none other than Texas nightlife icon Joelapussy and the DJ Fierce TeaseFreshly Served Vocal Edit of HIVogue, Jade's critically-acclaimed 2011 bitch track espousing her controversial new message about HIV/AIDS status. (Remixes of HIVogue by Vjuan Allure, Chip Chop and DJ Fierce Tease go on sale on iTunes in September 2011.)

  • Jade I have respect for you as an artist and as a performer! But it's the producers choice I have a problem with not you! You rock As far as your capability is concerned no doubt in my mind you have talent not sure about the producer in choosing the backfround music though just my take on it! Like I said before good effort but not sure on the choice! Love you still baby:)

  • I get what you are saying, but I still like the remix.

  • This is a response to "latinogott". Interesting opinion. First, if you had read the info on the track, you would've found out that the vocals were not sung to music at all. The production on the track was completely decided and played by a french producer who was not familiar with the song at all. There are 2 other remixes to the track. And as far as my vocal ability, I will never compare to the original by Billie Holiday. I'd be interested in hearing your version of the song.

  • I like it it's agot a very loungy feel to it! I think the effort was good but some how I feel it's not there quite yet! The beat is old! It does not make sense! I will tell you why! It sounds like cabaret girl meets mario brother the nintendo game! We are not going for childish and cute! We are going for Sexy sultry cabaret girl meets deep sultry hous! Maybe it's the lyrics or vocally Jede is limited! Nice try but I know she could do better than this
