The NTEU's application for protected industrial action will be heard in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission on Monday. This application would allow us to have a postal ballot of members run by the Australian Electoral Commission for the options of industrial action. The action would then proceed after members meetings to vote on the specific proposals.

In this video, Branch President Michael Thomson discusses the reasons for the ballot and the process involved.
