Frankly, always going for the alien theory is condescending to the intelligence of our ancestors if you ask me. Conceit on a high level. Perhaps Gobekli Tepe was a school, museum or library. Who knows? One thing about humans that is undeniable - if we decide something is possible, then anything can be achieved.

@stl26mo i wouldn't use the word skeptics when describing them, i would use the phrase, conservative scientists. they don't believe anyless than we do. we're skeptical of their paradigm, they're skeptical of ours. they have their evidence and interpetation, we have ours. they think we have to make a big leap in order to believe what we do, and vice versa. they stubbornly (imo) cling to the old model (linear history). science has always had it's revolutionaries and it's counter revolutionaries.

funny, cave men built 20 megalithic temples, but apparently, didn't build any houses to shelter them from the rain, nor possess agriculture or advanced tools. something is amiss.
