This is Australian football, or Australian rules football, a code codified earlier than most others. The highest league is the Australian Football League, or AFL.
When a player catches (or 'marks') the football on the full, they are allowed to have a free kick or handpass without being tackled. Sometimes this leads to spectacular marks where a player will soar over one or more players to mark, such as here.

Walker took this mark on carlisle's shoulders, carlise is 196 cm tall.
Krakouer's took his mark on Douglas' hips, Douglas is 182 cm tall.
If you put it all together you should find that Walker took a much better mark than Krakouer.

@MegArmstrong14V1 - It comes down to a matter of opinion. If over 3,100,000 people have watched Walker's mark over Krakouer's, then I think that in itself is enough evidence.
