I wasn't satisfied with the English voice of Dudley, so I tried to see if I could do any better.

Doesn't sound like Dudley... However, sounds a lot better than what is in SSFIV ¬_¬. 2nd Impact + 3rd Strike > Kaitsu > SSFIV. The End... Guttah Trash!

Though I don't mind SSFIV's Japanese VA for Dudley. Shit's MUCH better than the English....just doesn't make sense.

The voice itself sounds very suitable for Dudley. However, since Dudley is British and a classy character, I think you should give Dudley a more refined, fancy, British accent. Still, as I said, your voice is very suitable for Dudley. You do have potential.
